Director of SMART START for over  a decade, a licensed Early Education and Care Educator/Early Childhood Specialist and parent advocate. Ms. Mary brings to SMART START 35+ years of experience nurturing, educating and enriching children of all ages. Her  expertise includes a variety of environments such as: childcare, preschool, kindergarten, elementary, home education, extended day programs, extracurricular classes and activity enrichment. Ms. Mary incorporates her Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and vast training into all that she does at SMART START. Some being but not limited to: Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilio, Nature Based, Child Led Curriculum, Art Therapy, SEL (Social-emotional learning and STEM. Ms. Mary is also a proud mother to her four adult children. 

Co- director of SMART START, licensed Early Education and Care Educator/Early Childhood SEL Specialist and one of SMART START'S beloved assets. Miss Francesca obtained her Masters Degree with honors in Educational Leadership and Policy Development with a focus on SEL (social-emotional learning) from Boston College's Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Prior to BC, she graduated from Merrimack College with degrees in both Education and Psychology. Along with her extensive education and training, Miss Francesca brings her warm and caring nature to all that she brings to SMART START. Miss Francesca provides exceptional care, teaching and enrichment to all children. Her wealth of education, experience and talents are evident in all that she does. 

Miss Maria is a licensed Early Education and Care Educator and integral part of SMART START.  Miss Maria is an enthusiastic, caring and delightful young lady bringing her athletic, artistic and other advantageous abilities to SMART START. Miss Maria is currently an undergraduate President's List student at Merrimack College class of 2027 studying Early Childhood Education, Human Development & Psychology. Miss Maria is an NCA (National Cheerleading Association) 2nd place varisty athlete on Merrimack College's competitive cheerleading  teams. She is also an East Celebrity Elite (ECE) Tewskbury, MA alumni athlete and part-time coach for their competitive  teams  & youth clinics.
